Flics Gymnastics supports thousands of children every week through classes, camps and activities designed to help gymnasts enjoy the sport, build confidence and keep progressing.

As the club continued to grow, the team wanted to make sure things still felt joined up for families, coaches and staff. Not rushed. Not reactive. Just clear and manageable, even during the busiest weeks of term.

Like many growing gymnastics clubs, small pressures had gradually started building up over time. Keeping everyone informed, staying on top of attendance and making sure families always knew where they stood was beginning to take more energy than it should.

For Flics, the biggest priority was creating more breathing room across the club, so the team could spend less time firefighting and more time focused on the children in the gym.

Instead of constantly trying to stay on top of problems behind the scenes, coaches and staff now have more headspace to focus on sessions, support gymnasts as they progress and continue creating a welcoming environment for families.
